Manager, managing bank (See Chapter 31 of the Vernimmen)
Managers (or managing banks) are appointed by the lead bank. The role of managing banks is to help identify and organise a wider contingent of participating banks, or participants, as the final bank lenders. Some of the lending banks contributing major amounts are referred to as co-managers. Also called managing bank.
