Limited share partnerships, LSP ((See Chapter 40 of the Vernimmen))

A limited share partnership is a company whose share capital is divided into shares, but with two types of partners: several limited partners with the status of shareholders, whose liability is limited to the amount of their investment in the company; and one or more general partners (they are usually senior managers of the LSP), who are jointly and severally liable, to an unlimited extent, for the debts of the company. A limited share partnership introduces a complete separation between management and financial ownership of the company.
