Dual class shares (See Chapter 40 of the Vernimmen)
Dual class Shares are ordinary Shares in a company which carry different voting rights. These are Shares issued against the common principle – one Share equals one voting right. Companies can issue multiple voting Shares, subordinate voting Shares, restricted voting Shares and non-voting Shares.
