GLOSSARY LETTER
  
 Designates the Credit line committed by bank(-s) in favour of a company in order to provide it with funding (liquidity), if needed, and at pre-agreed conditions (rates, repayment schedule, collateralcuritisation, a "Liquidity line" is often requested by the Rating agencies to the benefit of the issuing vehicle, to ensure that the Investors do not suffer from a time mismatch (E.g. a slower than expected repayment of the securitised Assets) and/or from a temporary disruption to the ABCP Market.
